Job summary

Enreach International Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Trading to lead and manage our trading division. You will oversee end-to-end trading execution across securities, funds, bonds and alternative assets, optimizing strategies, liquidity, and costs to improve returns.

Additionally, you will monitor market risk, counterparty risk, and operational risk in real time, prepare regular performance and risk reports, and collaborate with investment, trust, compliance and wealth-management

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in trading or portfolio execution
• At least 3 years in a managerial trading role
• Strong risk management and market judgment
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory environment
• Licenses or professional qualifications are advantageous

Job description

Since our establishment, we have focused on providing asset appreciation services for corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. Our business covers trust services (licensed by the Companies Registry of Hong Kong), digital platform development, corporate consulting, art investment, and other related fields.

Amid rising global economic uncertainty post-financial crisis and pandemic, together with rapid shifts in economic development models, we have identified growing demand for risk management from corporate and individual clients alike. We are now seeking an experienced professional to join us as Head of Trading to lead and manage our trading division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the trading team, including team building, performance management, training, and professional development.
• Oversee end-to-end trading execution across securities, funds, bonds, alternative assets, and other investment instruments.
• Optimize trading strategies, entry/exit timing, liquidity management, and transaction cost control to enhance portfolio returns and risk-adjusted performance.
• Monitor market risk, counterparty risk, and operational risk in real time; develop early warning and contingency mechanisms.
• Track macro trends, market liquidity, and industry dynamics; provide trading insights and execution recommendations.
• Prepare regular trading reports, performance reviews, and risk analysis to support investment decisions and senior management.
• Coordinate with the risk management team to refine trading protocols, operational procedures, risk limits and internal control systems to ensure compliant, efficient and stable operations.
• Collaborate with investment, trust, compliance, and wealth management teams; support client servicing for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in trading, portfolio execution, or team management within securities, asset management, family office, trust, or investment institutions.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a trading supervisory role (Trading Manager / Head of Trading / Trading Director level).
• Strong expertise in trading execution, intraday management, position control, risk management, and trading systems.
• Excellent market judgment, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and cross-team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory environment and Greater China markets.
• High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and strict work ethics regarding confidentiality.
• Relevant financial industry licenses or professional qualifications are highly advantageous.
