We are seeking a mature, detail-oriented and well-organised Board Chairman's Secretary and Personal Assistant to support the Chairman with daily work, personal and family matters. The role requires strong independent judgment, communication and coordination skills, and confidentiality. A good understanding of Hong Kong's local living and education environment is essential.
Key responsibilities
Assist with schedule management, meetings, business activities, documentation and daily administrative arrangements as Board Chairman's Secretary
Coordinate internal and external communications and follow up on important matters
Assist with organising financial information and company-related documents as needed, and liaise with accountants, banks and other professional institutions
Coordinate personal and family daily affairs as Personal and Family Assistant
Assist with arranging children's schooling in Hong Kong, tutoring, interest classes and extracurricular activities
Research and compare information on Hong Kong local and international schools, educational institutions and programmes
Handle related procedures and maintain follow-up communications for educational arrangements
Assist with daily accounting, payments and related personal financial matters
About you
Bachelor's degree or above
Experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, senior executive secretary or related role
Familiarity with Hong Kong's local living and service systems, with good understanding of Hong Kong international schools, children's education and programme arrangements
Background in accounting, finance, financial or related professional study or work
Experience with listed companies, finance or corporate affairs
Strong English and Chinese communication and writing abilities
Mature, steady, detail-oriented and reliable with strong organisational, communication, judgment and independent problem-solving skills
High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality awareness
