Chain Capital Holdings Group Limited is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chairman with daily administrative tasks and strategic coordination. The role involves managing meetings, travel, and personal affairs while acting as the main communication bridge across departments, partners, and government agencies.
You will collect and analyze market data, assist on major projects, and ensure timely reporting while upholding strict confidentiality and compliance.
Assist the Chairman in daily administrative and management affairs to ensure the smooth progress of all matters.
Coordinate and arrange the Chairman's meetings, schedules, business travel, and personal affairs.
Organize board meetings and senior management meetings, take minutes, and follow up on resolutions and action items.
Serve as the primary communication bridge between the Chairman and various departments, external partners, and government agencies.
Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to markets, industries, and capital projects.
On behalf of the Chairman, follow up on major projects and key clients, ensuring projects proceed on schedule and providing timely reports.
Handle confidential information and sensitive matters, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
Participate in internal and external negotiations and business receptions as directed by the Chairman.
Perform daily maintenance of the Chairman's clubhouse, including cleaning of the tea table, dining table, and cigar lounge.
Complete other special and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Chairman.
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields are preferred.
2. Prior work experience at a Hong Kong securities firm is preferred; candidates with experience at prominent financial institutions such as J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Futu Securities, CITIC Securities, Guotai Haitong, CICC (China International Capital Corporation), Charles Schwab, and other well-known financial institutions are highly desirable. THIS IS A MUST.
Strong sense of confidentiality, service orientation, and team collaboration; experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management is preferred.
Familiarity with Hong Kong's business environment and basic corporate governance practices.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure and dynamic work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as mobile applications such as WeChat and WhatsApp.
Fluent in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin (required), and fluent in English (preferred).
Professional appearance, good demeanor, and approachable personality; candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
