As an Executive Assistant/Office Admin, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing executive-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintaining and organising confidential files, documents, and reports.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Handling personal matters also -liaising with household staff such as drivers, helpers to ensure kids and family schedules are on top of
- Overseeing general office administration, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office facilities.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials as required.
- Supporting the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.

A successful Executive Assistant/Office Admin should have:
- Higher education in business administration or relevant
- Around 10 years+ solid experience in secretarial support / administration in financial services
- Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative, or office management role,
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
