Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting an EVP-Business Development for Freight Forwarding to spearhead strategic growth, build direct customer/BCO relationships, and expand non-TP trade lanes across Europe, LATAM, Middle East, intra-Asia, and beyond. You will coordinate with senior leaders across sales, product, operations, pricing, and carrier management to ensure scalable execution.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or logistics.
• Strong track record in building and scaling direct customer / BCO business.
• Proven experience developing non-TP trade lanes, particularly Europe, LATAM, Middle East, or intra-Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct customer / BCO build-out as a core strategic priority.
• Lead expansion across non-TP trade lanes, including Europe, LATAM, Middle East, intra-Asia, and other strategic corridors beyond the China-US trade.
• Develop and execute commercial initiatives to increase BCO mix, diversify trade lane exposure, and broaden service offering.
• Win, retain, and grow direct customer relationships across key origin and destination markets.
• Build the teams, capabilities, and processes required to support BCO development and non-TP expansion.
• Work with senior leadership across sales, product, operations, pricing, procurement, and carrier management to align growth with execution capability.
• Support bolt-on acquisitions that strengthen commercial platform, customer reach, or trade lane density.
• Report regularly to the Board and Nexus Point on progress against key commercial objectives.

Our client is a fast-growing, internationally focused logistics and freight forwarding platform investing heavily in commercial expansion, customer acquisition, and global trade lane diversification.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct customer / BCO build-out as a core strategic priority
