Keepers Cove is a private family event venue located in a heritage house at Seletar Aerospace Park.
We are looking for a confident, resourceful and commercially minded person to take ownership of customer enquiries, venue operations and event growth.
This is not a purely administrative role. You will manage the guest journey from first enquiry to event day, conduct venue viewings, coordinate events, solve day-to-day problems and actively help move the business forward.
Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, venue viewings and bookings
Explain packages, add-ons, event details and house rules clearly
Coordinate vendors, part-timers, schedules and event requirements
Ensure the venue is clean, presentable and ready before each event
Support event-day operations and guest experience
Handle supplies, deliveries, basic maintenance and urgent venue issues
Create simple SOPs, checklists and event handover notes
Help plan open-play sessions, workshops and other quiet-day events
Identify ways to improve sales, customer experience and venue presentation
Make routine decisions independently and escalates unusual matters when necessary
You may be suitable for this role if you:
Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
Communicate confidently and professionally with customers
Are organised, practical and able to follow through
Have a good eye for presentation and guest experience
Are comfortable handling both desk-based and hands-on work
Can manage several moving parts without becoming overwhelmed
Are willing to work weekends, with weekday off-days
Have experience in events, hospitality, customer service, sales, retail or operations
Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, preschool administration, retail, front desk operations or enrichment centres would be helpful. However, judgment, attitude, initiative and reliability matter just as much.
Nice to have:
First Aid / CPR certification, Class 3 or 3A driving licence, or other relevant certifications, skills, or experience that would be helpful in a family event venue setting.
You are looking for a fully remote role
You are unable to work weekends
You dislike customer-facing work
You prefer a role with no physical or on-site responsibilities
You require highly fixed routines every day
We welcome both entry-level and experienced applicants. Candidates with little or no relevant experience may be considered for a junior role with training, while those with stronger experience may be offered a senior position with greater responsibility and salary.
