The Event Technology Coordinator supports the team with registration websites, app builds, and all tech aspects of events, ensuring data accuracy and timely responses to client queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology, with entry level meeting planning and coordination experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with registration website platforms like Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite; others welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support event technology team with registration websites, apps, and all tech aspects of events.
• Manage databases to ensure data accuracy and generate lists for the team.
• Communicate with clients and respond to queries within service levels.
• Coordinate name badges, signage, agendas, and confirmations for events.
• Lead onsite registration, train temp staff, and monitor attendee participation.
• Travel occasionally to oversee attendee logistics for offsite events.
• Create and distribute post-event client surveys.
• Manipulate lists for year-on-year event analytics.
