Job summary

FIRST is a global brand experience agency delivering Content, Creative, Digital Technology, and Data & Insights across 110 countries. The Event Technology Coordinator supports registration websites, databases, and data integrity for client events, with occasional travel to supervise onsite processes.

The role requires coordination with internal teams and clients, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with registration platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with attendee data management and event technology is preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills and data accuracy are important.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event registration websites and app builds.
• Manage registration data and list generation for events.
• Coordinate on-site registration with staff and clients; train temp staff as needed.
• Travel to events to oversee attendee logistics and registrations.
