Job summary

Encore APAC in Hong Kong is seeking an Event Producer to join a global leader and drive new business while taking full ownership of delivery from concept through on-site execution.

You will proactively prospect, pitch, and secure opportunities, translate briefs into AV and production solutions, and collaborate with Encore’s technical and creative teams to ensure flawless delivery. This role offers international pathways within a powerhouse network.

Qualifications

• Sales-focused and capable of pitching and closing event business.
• Hands-on event production expertise in AV, staging and design.
• Ability to manage end-to-end event delivery from concept to onsite.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of South Korea market considered a plus.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple projects.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and pipeline KPIs while consistently delivering impactful client experiences.
