Job summary

Encore APAC in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced events professional to bridge the onsite team and venue management, ensuring seamless execution across live, hybrid and virtual events.

You will identify opportunities to grow profitable revenue within venues, advise clients on suitable AV solutions, and collaborate with venue staff to meet presentation needs and budgets. This role drives client satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent relationship builder and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Audio Visual Equipment.
• Excellent negotiating and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationship with venue, brand and clients to ensure successful client relations and smooth running of all events.
• Educate and advise clients and venue staff alike on the most appropriate audio-visual equipment and the necessary crew to best meet their presentation needs and budget.
• Work with the venue to identify new business opportunities and develop a strategic approach to win business.
• Maximise profitable revenue and support the Director of Event Technology to achieve financial targets.
• To understand and work within parameters of agreed KPI’s for the venue.
• To constantly communicate with the venue team to ensure they understand the business’ direction and objectives.
