Job summary

Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd. is seeking an Event & Marketing Assistant for a 5-month contract to support media barter execution, eDM development, and event-related communications in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a degree with clerical/customer-relations experience, strong language skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Fresh graduates with internships are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
1 year clerical/customer relations experience.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships considered.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Assist in executing media barter agreements by gathering and preparing promotional materials.
Track and log media barter agreements, ensuring ad placements follow contracts.
Maintain verification proofs (clippings, screenshots, photos) for reporting.
Update media list with verified contact details.
Assist in eDM development including layout and banners.
Handle general and pre-reg enquiries via email and phone.
Provide clerical support during peak campaigns.
Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
