Qualifications

• Postgraduate or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event management/corporate access in investment banking or events industry.
• Strong organizational, administrative and logistics skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute both physical and virtual events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
• Assist with event registration, attendee management, budgeting, and post-event reconciliation.
• Coordinate event logistics with internal stakeholders, external vendors, service providers, and regional offices.
• Manage meeting schedules, participant registrations, and related event communications.
• Respond to event-related inquiries with clients, corporates, delegates and internal staff promptly.
• Maintain and analyze event data, prepare reports, and support process improvements using event management systems, technology and AI.
• Provide general administrative and ad hoc support as required.
