Job summary

CLSA Hong Kong seeks an experienced events coordinator to support forums, corporate access and roadshows. You will plan, coordinate, and execute registration, socials, and post-event reporting, while liaising with clients, vendors, and regional offices.

The role requires strong travel coordination, English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 2+ years of corporate access and marketing event experience in Investment Banking.
• Strong administrative and travel coordination skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Organized, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Highly client-focused and results-driven.
• Able to work under pressure and overtime.
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing CLSA Forums including registration, socials, and reporting.
• Coordinate travel, hotels, ground transportation, catering, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regional offices.
• Handle enquiries from corporates, clients, internal staff and external vendors; prepare pre- and post-event reports.
• Support corporate access and roadshow meetings, consolidating investor requests and arranging schedules.
• Set up and monitor group calls (Zoom/other platforms).
• Provide support on additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
