Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking a Fund Operations professional to manage end-to-end ETF processes and support daily activities for fixed income and structured products. You will report to senior management and work with multiple teams and external partners to ensure timely processing and reporting.

The role emphasizes operational integrity, automation initiatives, and support for new product launches in a dynamic asset management environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-, middle-, or back-office roles within asset management.
• Experience with ETFs, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.
• Automation and data analytics experience; Python/SQL a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ETF operations including basket creation, trade processing, settlement, FX execution, and cash management.
• Prepare daily reports and assist in audits and tax reporting processes.
• Support daily fixed income fund activities such as cash forecasting, margin, and collateral management.
• Collaborate across teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate processing and reporting.
