Job summary

HashKey Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Assistant Manager, Fund Operations to lead day-to-day ETF operations for HKEX-listed spot funds and to act as a hands‑on plug‑in across our hedge fund, HK OFC and VC fund vehicles. The role requires navigating digital asset operations alongside traditional financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 5-8 years of fund operations experience.
• Hands-on ETF operations experience (creation/redemption, PCF, PD and market maker coordination).
• Solid hedge fund and/or HK OFC operations experience with understanding of fund structures and SFC regulations.
• Exposure to VC fund operations is a plus; strong Crypto/Web3 interest required.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day ETF operations for spot ETFs, including cash and in‑kind creations/redemptions, PCF and NAV/iNAV review, and wallet reconciliations.
• Oversee reconciliations, dealing, fee calculations and NAV review for hedge funds, OFC and SPC vehicles.
• Lead counterparty onboarding and KYC/AML documentation; monitor fiat and digital asset balances across banks/exchanges/custodians.
• Maintain SOPs and controls in line with SFC requirements; support product launches and process improvements.
• Support VC fund operations such as capital calls and distributions as needed.
• Review work of junior team members and adapt scope as business needs evolve.
