Job summary

GratiCore in Hong Kong seeks a Fund Operations/Accounting & Automation Lead to drive automation across fund operations, enhance workflows, and align with strategic priorities. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and business teams to scale operations and improve execution.

Qualifications

Over 3 years driving system automation and workflow optimization in fund operations.
Solution-oriented with growth mindset and strong stakeholder management.
Leading initiatives from concept to implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operational management of the firm across investment, finance, legal, compliance, and external service providers.
Partner with Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, and Trading teams to support daily fund activities and ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
Drive process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives.
Identify automation opportunities and implement practical operational solutions across the business.
Leverage data and AI tools to streamline processes and enhance management reporting.
Support fund launches, investor onboarding, capital activity, and ongoing fund operations.
Coordinate key business initiatives and manage relationships with external service providers.
