Job summary

Tectura in Hong Kong seeks an ERP Application Consultant specializing in HRM to deliver high-quality consulting services across industries. You will participate in full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, including system design, configuration, testing and user training.

Role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with clients and stakeholders in English, with Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRM, HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance or other HR systems.
• ERP implementation experience or consulting is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ERP Application Consultant specializing in HRM for clients across industries.
• Lead end-to-end project implementations including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, config, testing, training, go-live support and post-implementation support.
• Design and coordinate integrations between enterprise applications across technologies.
• Conduct system testing, QA and validation of solutions.
• Provide first-level support and troubleshoot issues promptly.
