Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Oracle HCM / HRIS / HR systems roles.
• Strong functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Basic technical skills including data migration and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Assist in employee lifecycle process design.
• Participate in system configuration and documentation preparation.
• Support system testing cycles including SIT, regression, and UAT.
