Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR professional to lead HRIS implementation and enhancement in Hong Kong. The role covers recruitment, training, and overall HR operations including compensation and benefits.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of HR experience in trading, factory, or buying office, strong knowledge of Employment Ordinance, and excellent English communication. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM or equivalent.
• At least 5 years HR experience in trading, factory, or buying office.
• Experience in development and enhancement of HRIS is a must.
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance.
• Good command of English.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling HRIS implementation and enhancement.
• Handle HR functions including recruitment and training.
• Manage compensation & benefits (C&B).
