Qualifications

• 2 years of working experience in Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is an advantage.
• Experience in trading/retail/industry businesses is a plus.
• Ability to explore new technology.

Responsibilities

• Participate in system implementation and project rollout.
• Analyze functional requirements and provide design documents.
• Configure the ERP system.
• Provide system training to end users.
• Participate in function customization and report enhancements.
• Participate in testing to ensure the quality of customization development.
• Troubleshoot existing customer issues.
• Transform and migrate data into the ERP.
• Integrate the ERP with other systems for process automation.
