Job summary

Tectura in Hong Kong seeks an ERP Application Consultant specializing in HRM to deliver high-quality consulting services across industries. You will participate in full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, including system design, configuration, testing and user training.

Role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with clients and stakeholders in English, with Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRM, HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance or other HR systems.
• ERP implementation experience or consulting is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ERP Application Consultant specializing in Human Resources Management (HRM), delivering high-quality consulting services to clients across various industries.
• Participate in end-to-end project implementations, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, go-live support, and post-implementation maintenance.
• Design and coordinate integrations between enterprise applications across various technologies and platforms.
• Conduct system testing, quality assurance (QA), and validation of developed solutions.
• Provide first-level support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner.
• Assist clients with system optimization and recommend best practices to enhance business processes.
• Support the preparation of project proposals, service estimates, and project plans.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, standards, and systems within Tectura.
• Maintain accurate and timely timesheet entries and project documentation.
• Perform other consulting and support-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Logistics Management, Manufacturing, Retail Management, or other related disciplines.
• Experience with HRM, HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or other Human Resources systems is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in ERP implementation, business applications, or consulting services is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Quick learner with a strong interest in technology and business process improvement.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
