Job summary

Yonyou Hong Kong is seeking an ERP Implementation Assistant to help deliver information technology projects. You will conduct requirements research, design blueprint schemes, configure systems, test, and guide go-lives while solving problems and ensuring a smooth transition for users.

You will also prepare training materials, train users on product functions, and provide go-live guidance. The role requires Cantonese and English fluency, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; major in finance/accounting, supply chain, logistics, transportation, management, economics, computer, big data is highly recommended.
• 1 year of working experience.
• Proactive, responsible, cooperative and service oriented.
• Fast learner, willing to learn and master new skills quickly.
• Strong communication and logical analysis skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Previous ERP experience with major ERP systems is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. 1. Assist the project manager to complete the implementation and delivery of ERP information projects, including business requirement research, blueprint scheme design, system configuration, system testing, system go-live guidance, problem-solving, etc..
2. 2. Prepare training materials and user manuals, provide training to users in functions and operation of the product, and provide guidance to users when the system go-live.
3. 3. During the implementation process, correctly guide user throughout the project, feedback suggestion and opinion from users on time, and follow up the related issues.
4. 4. Guide and assist user to complete the consolidation of basic data and business data which is required by the system.
5. 5. Ad-hoc tasks that are required from the team.

Requirements:

1. 1. Degree holder in any discipline; Major in financial accounting, supply chain, logistics, transportation, management, economics, computer, big data, etc. is highly recommended.
2. 2. 1 year of working experience.
3. 3. Proactive, good sense of responsibility, cooperative and service oriented;
4. 4. Fast-learner, willing to learn and be able to master new skills in a short period of time.
