Job summary

HSO Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead enterprise ERP implementations for clients across industries in Asia. You will collaborate with a multinational team on complex digital transformation efforts and grow your expertise across end-to-end client engagements.

Candidates with D365FO experience will be considered for senior roles; diverse ERP platforms are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in ERP consulting, implementation or support.
• Solid understanding of core ERP concepts and business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, project accounting or inventory).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and design workshops.
• Configure and customize ERP modules based on documented requirements.
• Prepare FDDs, process flows, data migration and configuration.
• Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and end-user training.
• Provide post go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Track deliverables and timelines with project managers.

This role offers the opportunity to work with multinational organizations on complex digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with an experienced global consulting team.

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with a solid grounding in ERP systems and business processes to join our consulting team. Candidates with any platform - D365FO, D365 BC, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc. are welcome to apply - experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) is a definite advantage, but not a requirement. This role suits consultants who want to build a long-term career in ERP consulting and grow their expertise across end-to-end client implementations in the region. Candidates with extensive D365FO consulting experience will be considered for a Senior Consultant role, with greater ownership of client engagements.

Key responsibilities

Participate in business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with clients

Configure and customize ERP modules based on documented business requirements

Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, data migration, and configuration

Support system testing, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT

Assist in end-user training and documentation of standard operating procedures

Provide post go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues

Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to translate business needs into system solutions

Work with project managers to track deliverables and timelines

About you

At least 1 year of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support (any platform - D365FO, D365 BC, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

Solid understanding of core ERP concepts and business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, project accounting or inventory)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central is a definite advantage, regardless of module or level of exposure

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus

Ability to work directly with clients and manage stakeholder expectations

Willingness to travel for regional client engagements, as needed

Self-motivated with a strong interest in building a long-term career in ERP consulting

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s)
