Responsibilities

• Participate in system implementation and project rollout
• Analyze functional requirements and provide design documents
• Configure the ERP system
• Provide system training to end users
• Participate in function customizations and report enhancements
• Participate in testing to ensure the quality of any customization development
• Troubleshoot on the issue of the existing customer
• Transform the data from external data source and migrate the data into the ERP
• Integrate the ERP with other system for process automation

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Working experience in IT or Business Analyst, good business process competences
• 2 years of working experience in Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is an advantage
• Experience in trading / retail / industry businesses is a plus
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Power BI or Power Platform is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
