SGS Hong Kong Limited is hiring a Customer Service Executive (Environmental) to support testing services. You will prepare quotations, reports and invoices, coordinate sample collection schedules, and communicate customer requirements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive communication in a fast-paced laboratory environment. English and Chinese proficiency is required, with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in the testing or laboratory industry is an advantage.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare testing quotations, reports and invoices.
• Coordinate and arrange sample collection schedules.
• Communicate with customers regarding testing services and requirements.
• Handle sample pickup and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support.
• Learn and develop knowledge of testing services and laboratory operations.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
