Finserve.io in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager to manage and grow enterprise client relationships across Asia and emerging markets. You will be the primary technical contact, driving onboarding, integrations and successful adoption of the platform.

The role requires deep API and payments knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate across product, operations and compliance teams. Fluency in English and Chinese is highly valued.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in Technical Account Management or similar client-facing technical role.
• 2+ years' fintech/payments industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients across Asia.
• Lead client onboarding, technical implementation and integration with the payment platform.
• Collaborate with client engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable payment operations.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Compliance and IT Support to deliver tailored payment solutions.
• Monitor client performance, identify issues and recommend improvements to system efficiency and customer experience.
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical specifications for internal teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations, API guidance and technical training to client engineering teams.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops and strategic client meetings.
• Build long-term client relationships by providing proactive technical guidance and ensuring ongoing platform adoption.
