Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of senior enterprise sales experience, in consulting or high-end technology services.
• Sell solutions and execution outcomes, not just licenses.
• Strong understanding of AI landscape ( Intelligent Process Automation, Agentic AI ), Data Intelligence, and Cloud transformation.
• Native-level Cantonese and English required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and penetrate high-value enterprise accounts in Hong Kong, primarily BFSI and major sectors.
• Leverage your CEO/Business heads/COO network to position the firm as a strategic partner for Intelligent Transformation.
• Orchestrate complex sales cycles for bespoke services including TOM design, Agentic AI workflows and AIOps integration.
• Translate ROI into tangible business value (EBITDA uplift, cost optimization, operational precision).
• Lead the Discover to Value lifecycle from initial pitching to contract closing.
