Hupo is expanding in Asia and seeks an Account Director to own the growth and long-term success of enterprise accounts in the region. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, guide account strategy, and drive expansion across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and renewal cycles.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Customer Success to deliver measurable business outcomes, and identify new markets, teams, and use cases for deeper engagement.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales or customer success.
• Ability to manage revenue targets and renewals across multi-year deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own account growth across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans to identify new stakeholders and use cases.
• Lead commercial conversations including proposals and renewals.
• Build and maintain a clear pipeline and drive upsell, cross-sell and expansions.
