Talentmatics Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a strategic Director – Sales to lead APAC enterprise IT services and digital transformation deals. You will build executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs, drive multi-year RFPs, and close multi-million-dollar opportunities across BFSI and related industries.

You will own key accounts, shape go-to-market strategies, and partner with global delivery teams to win complex bids and accelerate growth in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT services sales or digital transformation consulting.
• Proven BFSI domain relationships with CIOs/CTOs/Business Heads.
• Strong APAC market reach, especially in Hong Kong.
• Track record of winning complex multi-year RFPs and enterprise deals.
