Job summary

Goodwell Property Management Limited is seeking an experienced professional for a Building Services/Engineering role in Hong Kong. Candidates should hold a Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, Civil Engineering or related disciplines and have strong property management experience.

The position requires independent work, hands-on drafting of technical specifications, and fluent English and Chinese communication.
