Job summary

Goodwell Property Management Limited seeks an Engineer / Senior Technical Officer with a background in building services engineering to oversee property maintenance, building improvements, and renovation works in Hong Kong. The role requires hands-on preparation of technical specifications and dual-language proficiency in English and Chinese.

The successful candidate will work independently, ensuring quality control and compliance across projects, supporting the group’s facilities management

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years' experience in property management.
• Monitor property maintenance, building improvement and repair/ renovation works.
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
