You will be required to assist in overseeing the entire property operations, liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors in a commercial building.

Desired experience and technical skills required:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Building Service/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Capable in dealing with project planning, repair & maintenance (R&M) arrangement, tendering for all necessary builder &or building services-related works for the managing site
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors / ad-hoc contractors to complete R&M works at specified budgetary control and project timeline
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (GradeA/B) is an advantage
• Experience in property maintenance and supervisory experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
