The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support CRM and contractor management systems, drive IT enhancement projects, and enable efficient use of business systems.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline and at least 2 years of relevant experience; experience in CRM or enterprise systems is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years relevant experience. Experience in CRM or enterprise business systems will be an advantage.
• Experience in the gas industry, utility sector or other infrastructure-related industries will be an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.

Aufgaben

• Administer and enhance CRM and Contractor Management Systems to support installation and service operations, workforce performance monitoring and operational excellence
• Represent the business unit in IT system implementation and enhancement projects, including requirement discussions, solution reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Enable effective use of business systems for internal users and contractors through user support, demonstrations and training for system rollouts and new feature releases
• Design, develop and maintain Power Apps, RPA solutions, management dashboards, AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports, statistics and insights for performance monitoring and continuous improvement

The Person:
