Job summary

Tai Sang Land Development Ltd is seeking a Building Services professional to manage general building repair, daily maintenance and fit-out projects across a mixed portfolio of offices, industrial, residential, commercial and retail properties.

You will supervise on-site contractors, monitor quality and progress, handle emergencies and ad-hoc building projects, and perform duties as directed by the Manager, Projects & Building Services.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management / Building Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience in property development or property maintenance
• Registered Electrical Worker License 'A' or above
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Minor Works System and Buildings Ordinance
• Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management / Building Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience gained in Property developers, management companies in property maintenance or related field

Registered Electrical Worker License “A” Holder or above

Proficient in AutoCAD

Good command in computer skills, speaking and writing English and Chinese

Proactive, good time management and ability to work independently and handle multi-task

Knowledge of Minor Works System and Buildings Ordinance
