Job summary

Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Engineer to join our Facilities Management Department. Responsibilities

• Assist in execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance across disciplines.
• Attend emergency call-out service around the clock and supervise contractors.
• Prepare specifications and reports, monitor site progress, and liaise with end users.

Job description

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assistinthe execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work in various disciplines of facilities management in our Facilities Management Department. S/he will be responsible for attending emergency call out service around the clock, fault investigation, tendering process, feasibility studies, specification & reports preparation, site work progress monitoring, formulate maintenance plan, end user liaison and supervision of contractors/in-house technicians.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance / property / facilities management
• Holder of REW B0 or H0 is desirable
• Self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skill
• Ability to work independently and be customer services oriented
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing.
• Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered asAssistant Building Services Engineer
