Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, high-touch service to the principal and family members and handle daily requests discreetly.
• Coordinate daily household operations, schedules, appointments, reservations, and transportation.
• Manage children's schedules including activities, transport, and liaising with schools and tutors.
• Liaise with staff, chefs, drivers, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee upkeep of luxury residences and coordinate minor renovations with contractors.
• Coordinate private dinners, family gatherings and hospitality arrangements with attention to guest preferences.
