You will lead a team of domestic staff, liaise with drivers, manage petty cash, and respond swiftly in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience supporting personal matters.
• Excellent communication skills: liaise smoothly with family members and staff.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving: quick judgment and immediate action in emergencies.
• Leadership: manage a team of domestic helpers and several drivers; schedule, supervise, and coordinate effectively.
• Professional demeanour: quick response and decisive attitude.
• Experience caring for an executive.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum support in personal and household matters.
• Coordinate and organize the daily schedules.
• Oversee all household matters, including grocery shopping, catering, general cleaning, as well as renovation projects and maintenance & security.
• Supervise a team of domestic helpers for quality services and coordinate with drivers according to the family's schedule.
• Keep track of the family's petty cash expenses.
