KOSMA PROPERTIES AND MANAGEMENT LIMITED is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Director to lead our online business, accelerate growth and improve profitability. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across trading, digital marketing and customer experience.

You will own the ecommerce strategy, budgets and profitability, manage online trading and merchandising, oversee acquisition and retention, and lead a cross‑functional team with external agencies to deliver measurable

Qualifications

5–10 years in ecommerce with team leadership and responsibility for commercial results.
Fluency in French is essential, both written and spoken; strong English proficiency.
Proven track record of growing ecommerce revenue and profitability.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, online merchandising, analytics and conversion optimization.
Analytical, commercially minded with the ability to prioritise and execute.
Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the ecommerce strategy, with ownership of revenue, budgets and profitability.
Manage online trading, product merchandising and promotional planning.
Oversee customer acquisition and retention across paid media, SEO, CRM and email marketing.
Improve conversion rates, average order value and repeat purchases.
Analyse performance and translate data into clear commercial actions.
Lead the ecommerce team and coordinate with product, technology, creative and operations teams.
Manage external agencies and partners.
