Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned HR/Payroll consultant to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 HR/Payroll design on-site in Hong Kong. You will conduct Fit-Gap workshops with HR, Payroll and Finance, configure pay elements, and ensure HK statutory outputs are correctly calculated.

The role requires deep knowledge of HK payroll, MPF, IR56, and 713 Ordinance, with hands-on experience migrating and reconciling payroll data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR/Payroll functional consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 experience.
• At least 3 full-cycle D365 HR/Payroll implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong payroll and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with leave, overtime, time & attendance and payroll integrations.
• Experience in payroll data migration, cleansing and reconciliation.
• Experience with public sector, statutory bodies or regulated organizations is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience working in an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional design for Dynamics 365 HR / Payroll.
• Conduct Fit-Gap workshops with HR, Payroll and Finance teams.
• Configure pay elements, allowances, deductions, accruals and pay cycles.
• Design Hong Kong statutory outputs, including MPF, IRD outputs and 713 Ordinance calculations.
• Define bank, GL and payroll interface mappings.
• Lead payroll parallel runs and reconciliation with legacy payroll.
• Prepare FDDs, test scripts, CRP/UAT scenarios and payroll SOPs.
• Support UAT, cutover, go-live and hyper care.
• Deliver key-user training and knowledge transfer.
