KOSE (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Executive/Assistant (1-year contract, renewable) to handle import/export documentation, coordinate with 3PL providers, and manage daily orders from processing to delivery. You will forecast supply and demand with Sales/Marketing, maintain inventory levels, and use data to improve efficiency.

The role requires a diploma in logistics or related field, 1–2 years FMCG logistics experience, ERP knowledge, and fluency in Cantonese with

Competenze

Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines.
1-2 years of logistics or shipping experience in the FMCG industry.
Knowledge in managing ERP system.
Detail oriented, organized and able to work independently.
Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English.

Mansioni

Handle full set of import & export documents for customs clearance.
Work closely with 3PL logistics service providers and related parties to ensure smooth supply.
Work closely with internal parties and perform daily operations from order processing to shipment delivery.
Analyze products performance to prepare supply and demand forecasts, and communicate with the Sales & Marketing team to maintain an accurate forecast.
Control warehouse inventory and arrange shipments to maintain healthy inventory level.
Make use of data and business insight to improve operational efficiency.
Other ad hoc assignments.
