Job summary

Starphire Hotel Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead the shift and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality Management, 8 years of hospitality experience with 3 in supervision, strong PMS skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. This is a full-time, on-site role positioned in the 大角咀 area of Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience with 3 years at supervisory level.
• Proficiency in PMS.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of Front Office during the shift to ensure the operations running smoothly.
• Responsible for all daily front office activities.
• To ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all time.
• Handle any emergency issues in a professional manner, reports any unusual incidents with appropriate follow up.
