Job summary

New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel is seeking a seasoned supervisor to support the Chief Steward and ensure smooth operation of the department across F&B areas.

You will oversee cleaning routines, inventory par stocks for equipment, and ensure health, safety and hygiene standards. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Chinese communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisor or above experience in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotel in Hong Kong.
• Knowledge of Basic sanitation controls and purpose and use of cleaning supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
