Job summary

Cathay Pacific Group is seeking a Distribution Commercial Partnership Specialist in Hong Kong to drive the transition from legacy to modern distribution, ensuring a unified approach across regions. You will analyze costs, support key partners technically and commercially, and help design scalable processes for global rollout.

The role requires a business degree and a minimum of 3 years in B2B/B2C eCommerce or sales, with strong communication, analytical skills and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• University graduate in business or relevant area.
• At least 3 years in B2B/B2C eCommerce or sales.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of airline selling processes is a plus.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders on commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners as they migrate to modernised distribution technologies.
• Provide commercial and technical support for key partners across regions.
• Evaluate cost impact and monitor related initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure Cathay IT architecture supports partner needs.
• Understand provider requirements and work with Distribution tech teams on future blueprint.
• Participate in Distribution Strategy projects as needed.
• Conduct distribution cost audit and monitoring.
