Manulife/John Hancock in Hong Kong seeks a Director, Partnership Distribution, Asia to enable growth and transformation across bancassurance partnerships. You will collaborate with regional and country leadership to deliver strategic initiatives, analyze performance data, and drive decision making.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape product propositions, sales plans, and channel management while managing cross-functional programs and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 10 years in distribution/actuarial/product/strategy/finance in life insurance.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
