About The Role
CBRE is looking for an experienced sales brokerage professional to help grow our Data Center Solutions – brokerage business, with a strong record in client development, transaction execution and market advisory.
You will originate and close data center opportunities, advise occupiers and operators on location and capacity decisions, and work closely with internal specialists to provide market research, financial analysis and high-quality client deliverables.

What You’ll Do
- Apply comprehensive, intensive, practical knowledge and well-developed specialized expertise to developing deals of all levels of complexity. Utilize advanced sales skills to uncover the potential needs of tenants and landlords.
- Manage client expectations and secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional CBRE services to the current client base.
- Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
- Review RFP responses and review data. Present real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
- Review real estate contracts such as deeds, leases, and mortgages. Participate in contract negotiations and due diligence.
- Engage in the local business community and charitable events for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business.
- Provide pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
- Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
- Accompany high-profile prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
- Provide correspondence to existing and prospective clients including marketing materials.
- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
- Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Regional exposure across Asia Pacific data center markets would be helpful.
- The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
