Job summary

Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential. The role requires a strong business acumen, vendor management experience, and PMP is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Surveying, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in Facilities & Project Management or related fields.
• PMP is an advantage.

• Lead the HK Project Management Team to deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, forecasting and risk management.
