Job summary

CBRE Advisory Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Property Consultant / Property Consultant to drive agency business in leasing office properties for corporate clients. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service, market analysis and cross-border opportunities.

You will source leads, build client relationships, and support marketing efforts while collaborating with senior directors to meet department targets. Fluent English and Cantonese are required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, ideally in business development and client service.
• EAA license holder.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Organized mindset and a proactive team player.
• Strong hunger for success and willingness to take on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Generate agency business in the leasing of office properties with high servicing to corporate clients.
• Source market leads and generate creative leasing solutions for clients via market insights and property data.
• Build a track record as a leading local market or cross-border player for the company.
• Nurture existing client relationships and cultivate repeat business via pre/post-sales service and proactive follow-up.
• Attend client meetings with the team and accompany clients on site visits.
