Job summary

What this job involves: As a Senior Technician, you will oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex technical equipment or building systems while providing guidance and supervision to junior team members.

What your day-to-day will look like:

System Maintenance: Perform complex troubleshooting, routine inspections, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or other related fields

Team Supervision: Guide, train, and support junior technicians, delegating daily tasks and ensuring workflow safety.

Contractor Management: Monitor external vendors and contractors during facility upgrades or specialized equipment installations.

Compliance & Reporting: Enforce local safety regulations, maintain operational logs, and report repair progress or equipment faults to management
