Job summary

Alpha Access Limited in Hong Kong seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to drive strategic partnerships in the digital asset space. You will build relationships with Web3 exchanges, asset managers, and institutional investors to accelerate growth.

You will bridge traditional finance with digital assets, assess new business opportunities, and represent the firm at industry events and conferences globally, requiring fluent English and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business development, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships within asset management or digital asset firms.
• Solid understanding of traditional financial products and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets, tokenization, RWA, and Web3.
• Established network with Web3 exchanges, asset managers, institutional investors, and other digital asset market participants.
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and strategic partnerships within the digital asset ecosystem, identifying opportunities in tokenization, Real-World Assets (RWA), and other emerging digital asset initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Web3 exchanges, crypto asset managers, institutional investors, and other key industry participants.
• Explore new business opportunities by bridging traditional financial products with digital asset markets, including potential product partnerships and commercialization initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities across the global digital asset industry to support business strategy and expansion.
• Represent the firm at international Web3, digital asset, and fintech conferences, developing industry connections and strengthening the firm's presence in the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal investment, product, compliance, and business teams to facilitate the execution of digital asset initiatives and strategic partnerships.
