CloudAlpha Capital Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition/Business Development professional to own end-to-end recruitment across research, infrastructure and operations. You will build pipelines, partner with senior management, and collaborate with external search firms while maintaining strong internal ownership of shortlists and candidate experience.

The role requires bilingual fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English, with 5-15 years of experience in hedge

Qualificações

Proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
5-15 years of talent acquisition/business development experience, preferably with hedge funds, asset management or premier financial services.
Strong network in APAC and US regions is a plus.
Proven track record of placing candidates in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead full-cycle recruitment for research and infrastructure roles.
Proactively build talent pipelines via direct sourcing, headhunters, networking and events.
Partner with senior management to understand strategic hiring needs and develop long-term pipelines.
Collaborate with external search firms while maintaining internal ownership of shortlists and candidate experience.
Conduct market intelligence on compensation benchmarks across global hedge funds and investment banks.
